Ingredients
2 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 16 tbsp Jiff Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 104 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 0.5 cup sunflower seeds - raw - Trader Joe's (by ROBINB6) 2 tbsp Organic Cold Milled Flax - Ground Golden Flax Seed (by SROYCE2) .5 cup Honey 1 oz (approx 60 pcs) Semisweet chocolate
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl mad stir until combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove bowl from fridge. Use scoop to form 1 inch balls. Place balls on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Place in airtight container or bag. Hintç Place 4 balls in each snack sized bag for a quick portion controlled snack
