16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 3 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
Place 16oz of almond milk into blender. I use vanilla flavored with no added sugar at around 30 calories per 8oz.
Next cut open 5 ripe avocados and place the flesh into the blender with almond milk. Next add around 3 tsp of raw organic honey for a kick of sweetness. Now blend for about one minute until well puréed. Place into a resealable container with a lid and place into the refrigerator to thicken for a few hours. I like to serve mine over fresh sliced strawberries.
Serving Size: Makes 4 5 to 6oz servings
