Ingredients
2 tsp sesame oil1 tsp ginger chopped2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 cup onions chopped1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup chopped asparagus1 cup chopped mushroom1.5 cups brussels sprouts
Directions
Heat a wok and add the sesame oil.
Add the chopped ginger and onions and saute till onions are transparent.
Add the chopped carrots, broccoli, asparagus and mushrooms. Cover and steam for 5 mins. Uncover, stir, add half a cup of water and the soy sauce and recover and allow to steam for 10 mins.
Periodically keep checking if the vegetables are cooked. When you feel they are almost done... add the brussels sprouts. Re-cover for about 3 mins. Serve immediately.

Note: You can cook the brussel sprouts for longer if you wish, I just like mine still a bit crunchy.

I used cabbage instead of brussels sprouts, and left out the asperagus, cause I was out of them. Also, added a clove of garlic. - 10/14/07
