3 cup Fresh Express Spinach (4 cups raw) .5 serving Cheese - Feta, Crumbled - Treasure Cave x 1/4 Cup 52 gram(s) Ham (Maple Leaf Flakes of Ham)per 1/3 can (52gm) (by DOUGHBOYS) 1 tbsp Ann's House of Nuts Roasted Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds - 1/4C (by KPHICKEY) 2 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes) .5 serving colored sweet bell peppers, raw (1 med.) (by ZOOMREB)
Cut all veg into bite sized pieces, toss with spinach, crumble feta and turkey over top, then sprinkle pumpkin seeds. Finish with a few Tbs of flavored balsamic vinegar (optional).
