Ingredients
500 gram(s) Flour - Gold Medal Better For Bread (bread machine) - grams - (1/4 cup (30g)) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Natural Promise Milk, 2%, 8 oz, 240 ml, 1 cup 0.5 tsp Salt 30 grams Granulated Sugar 50 grams Butter, unsalted 20 grams Grapeseed Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2.5 tsp Fleischmann's Yeast Instant Dry Yeast 1/4 tsp (by PROVERBS31JULIA) 7 serving Macintosh Apple 0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Leave one egg yoke and 1 tbsp milk for basting.
7 small Macintosh apples chop finely, sprinkle with lemon juice, and add 0.25 cup sugar shortly before shaping pastries so that apples won't make much juice.

Raise dough in a bread machine according to you machine's instructions. Liquid ingredients go first, then flour, sugar, salt, yeast goes last.
