Baked Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients
4.0 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black2.0 cup Soy Milk5.0 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz.8.0 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
1) Mix the .5 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plate or pan. Dredge chops in flour mixture. Reserve remaining flour 2) Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chops; Brown on both sides. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Add onion to skillet,; saute until tender. 3) Stir in the remaining flour. Blend in milk with a whisk. Whisk until sauce is thickened up a little bit.(about 2-3 minutes) Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. 4) Pour sauce over pork chops. Bake, uncovered, in 350' preheated oven for 1 hour.
