Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 6 cup Spinach, fresh 3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 large Onions, raw 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded .5 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
Directions
Saute onions, peppers until soft
Add spinach
Pour egg & cheese mixture over
Bake 375 @ 15 mins
