Keto Canadian Bacon Egg Bake

Ingredients
10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk Blend Unsweetened 5 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2.3 serving Bacon, Jones Canadian Bacon, 3 slices 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
Directions
Thaw the spinach and preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Chop up the Canadian bacon into small pieces and brown on top of the stove, medium heat about 7-8 min total. Combine the spinach and Canadian bacon to evenly distribute. In a bowl stir the 10 eggs together, then add the almond/coconut milk and heavy whipping cream to combine. Add your salt and peppers, and any other spices to the egg mixture. Grease your dish and at the bottom spread out the spinach and Canadian bacon. Sprinkle the cheese on top and then pour the eggs over top. Bake in the oven 30-45 min until set.
