My Yellow Curry

Ingredients
3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 3 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 small Onions, raw 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 serving Liquid Stevia (by STANGHELLINI) 4 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
Heat 2 TBSP coconut oil in a pan. Add cubed chicken breast. Brown on all sides. Remove from heat and throw into crockpot. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer for a few hours. For low carb eat as is. For others, pour over rice.
