Healthy Pancakes (dairy-free)

Ingredients
1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 serving Pinch of Salt= 1/16 Tsp. (by PIMI57) 2 oz Green Valley Organics Lactose Free Plain Yogurt (by TROISPEACE) 1 serving Small Banana 6 inch 0.25 cup Whole wheat flour 3 large Egg white, fresh .25 cup Blueberries, fresh
Directions
Mash up the banana we'll. Combine all liquid ingredients to the banana and whip well until as light and fluffy as possible. Add dry ingredients and then fold in blueberries. Use cooking spray to pan fry and cook them the same as regular pancakes. Makes 5 small pancakes. Serve with sugar-free syrup or fresh fruit as desired.
