Ingredients
60 gram(s) (Butter) Kerrygold Irish Butter 50 gram PhD Diet Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla Creme 5 grams Baking Powder 5 grams Vanilla Extract 5 grams Water, tap
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Melt butter. Add vanilla extract and mix. In a separate bowl mix protein powder and baking powder and then add to butter and stir well. If crumbly, add dashes of water until it sticks together a bit more, like dough. Weigh out balls of 16g and flatten out onto parchment paper. Cook for 6-8 minutes at 180 degrees until the edges start getting brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely before eating.
