Ingredients
2.5 cup Simply Nature Organic Free Range Chicken Broth (by XNANNY) .5 serving KROGER CHICKEN BREAST CUTLETS THIN 4OZ (by DEBIKLAR) 1 carrot Carrots, cooked 2 stalks Celery, cooked .5 cup Cooked Onion 0.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
In 2 tsp. olive oil, saute onion and garlic until caramelized, add 2 oz. chicken cutlet , cook 5 minutes. Add thinly sliced carrot & celery, 1/2 cup fresh cauliflower florets, and 2 1/2 cups of Free Range Organic Chicken broth. Simmer 30 minutes.
