This dinner smelled wonderful cooking, but was deemed a "do not make again" recipe by the whole family. The recipe lacked flavor, chicken was dry and it tasted nothing like chicken parm. I hate being the one that disagrees, but I don't understand how this recipe is getting such great reviews.. - 5/13/11

This was delicious - very flavorful and the chicken was so tender. We had whole wheat linguine with it. YUM! - 7/21/08

First off, there is NO Parmesan cheese in this recipe called Parmesan crockpot chicken. Right there I don't think it will be a very tasty recipe. This is mozzarella chicken. - 4/27/15

My family really liked this! I cut down on the oregano to one tsp and may even go to a half next time. I just don't like strong oregano. I also added and extra garlic clove and a half a tsp of celery salt. Probably would be good to add some red wine too but I was trying to keep it low carb. - 9/23/11

I hate to have to agree with some others here but I agree the chicken was dry. I also loved the way it smelled when it was cooking and looks very appetizing but like I said the chicken was dry but a good flavor. - 8/31/11
