Ingredients
1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Basil1.0 tbsp Salt6.0 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw16.0 oz Ground beef, lean3.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower
Directions
Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until translucent. Add hamburg, worcestershire and spices and cook until no longer pink Stir in tomato sauce and 1 c cheese and riced cauliflower (cooked as directed) Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top Bake for 350° for 35 minutes Serving Size: 8 1 cup servings
