Ingredients
1.50 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 dash Pepper, black 0.66 tbsp Basil 1 dash Salt 6 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic 2 serving Cheese Stella Parmesan (wedge) serv=1oz 4 tbsp Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter) 1 cup Great Value Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth 16 oz Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 4 oz Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese 1/3 less fat than cream cheese
Directions
Marinate chicken if desired. Heat oiled skillet on medium to medium-high heat. Cook on first side for 1 minute. Turn over, cover, lower heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. DO NOT TAKE COVER OFF. (It's important to flatten chicken so it's all the same thickness prior to beginning, for even cooking.) Leave sit with cover on for 10 more minutes, while cooking sauce.
Sauce: Add butter, cream cheese, and minced garlic to saucepan and heat until "melted", add cream and broth, stirring until mixed. Slowly add in Parmesan cheese. Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste. Slice chicken and add sauce.
