Cauliflower South Indian

Ingredients
4 cup Cauliflower in 1" approx pieces1 1tsp Canola Oil 2 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 2 tsp Mustard seed, yellow Coriander1 tsp salt
Directions
This is a dry dish
Cut and wash cauliflower
fry tumeric and mustard seeds.
Add cauliflower and mix.
Add 1/4 cup of water.
Add salt
Cover
Cook for 15 minutes or until tender. Keep an eye on it to make sure it does not burn. Add water if needed.
Sprinkle with coriander
