2 tbsp eggwhite protein (by JONES132...) 22 gram Body Lab Tasty Shake Complete Whey Protein Complex 2 tbsp mulberries, organic dried unsulphured (by DKCHOCOLATTE160) 2 tbsp Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream 30 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 20 grams Wheat bran, crude 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW) 2 tbsp water
Directions
Just take 2 tbsp of each ingredient! Mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Preheat oven at 160. Mix all together. Bake on non-stick paper for 20 min or until golden
