Ingredients
1 Pound Ground beef1.5 Cup Best Choice Instant White Rice (cooked)1 can Yellow Sweet Corn 1 Can Great Value Chili Ready Tomatoes0.5 cup Onions/chopped
Directions
1. Brown Ground Beef
2. Drain and Rinse Ground Beef
3. Return Ground Beef to Skillet and add onions. Cook on Medium/low heat for 5 minutes
4. Add Cooked Rice, Corn and Tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through

Makes 6 1-Cup Servings

    I have made this before coming to spark only I used stewed tomatoes ..my ulcer doesn't like hot spices......but it is still a hit with the family - 6/11/08
