1.0 tbsp I Can''t Believe It''s Not Butter (Light)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Brown Rice, long grain2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 clove Garlic minced 0.5 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk), finely sliced
Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, saute until soft. Pour in rice, garlic and thyme stir to combine. Add warm broth. Cover and cook for 40 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand for an additional 10 minutes. Add green onion and fluffy with a fork.
