Ingredients
4 serving Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Waffle Mix 4 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup Nuts - Walnuts - Diamond Finely Diced 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Blend bananas, brown sugar, yogurt and milk.
Mix dry ingredients and then mix EVERYTHING in a bowl.
Put into muffin cups and into a preheated oven @ 350 for 17 mins or til cooked through
