Canadian Bacon Cups

Ingredients
2.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Garlic powder6.0 leaves Basil1.0 package (6 oz) yields Canadian Bacon0.25 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh0.5 serving Green Giant Chopped Spinach0.5 serving crushed red pepper0.5 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 380. Cut the 10 pieces of Canadian bacon in half and line a 24 cup muffins tin with 2 pieces each. Shred the spinach (should be a half cup) and basil leaves together and add to the other ingredients and pour on top of the Canadian bacon. Cook for 30 minutes. Serving Size: 2 each
