Ingredients
.25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .5 tsp Paprika .1 tbsp lemon pepper (Lawry's) 2.7 gram(s) garlic powder (1 serving = 8 g) 24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 307.5 gram(s) Chef's Cupboard cream of mushroom soup (1 serving = .5 cup condensed = 123 g) 227 gram(s) El Gallito Crema Agria Mexicana - Mexican Sour Cream(1 serving = 2 Tbsp = 30 g) 120 gram(s) white wine (1 serving = 1 fl oz = 29 g) 454 grams Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, lemon pepper, and garlic powder to make a rub for the chicken.

After coating chicken in rub, place in slow cooker.

Combine soup, sour cream, wine, and mushrooms.

Pour mixture over chicken.

Cover.

Cook on low 6 -8 hours, or high for 5 hours.
