ground chicken and potato hashbrowns

Ingredients
1 cup shredded white or red potato4 ounces of lean ground chickenadd to taste: bell peppers and onion.1/8 cup of low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Preheat non stick skillet over medium heat.
Shred potato, cut onion and bell peppers.
Add crumbed chicken meat into preheated skillet.
Immediately mix in the potato, onion, and bell pepper mixture.
Next mix in the low sodium chicken broth
Continue cooking hash brown mixture, turning as necessary to prevent burning.
Once evenly browned, remove the hash brown.
May be served with organic, low sodium, ketchup or a another favorite low sodium sauce.
