Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tsp Thyme, ground2.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)3.0 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits3.0 serving Chicken, canned: Hormel, Chicken Breast, 56g/serving3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms0.75 serving Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Directions
Combine 1.5c mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave 1 min, Stir, Microwave an additional 30 seconds. Add Egg and Almond Flour. Wet hands and spread on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Top with seasonings. Poke holes with fork to prevent bubbling. Bake 8 - 12 min. Remove, add toppings, and bake an additional 5-8 min or until cheese is lightly browned. Serving Size: Makes four servings
