Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 cup Quacker Oats Old Fashion Oatmeal .75 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Olive Oil .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 cup Milk - Great Value 1% Low Fat Milk 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tsp Salt .5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Preheat over to 350, spray 9x13 baking dish lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
In large bowl stir together oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and sale. Set aside
In small bowl whisk together oil, applesauce, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients all at once and stir to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Serve warm with milk and fresh fruit.
