Ingredients
4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 0.5 cup Red Onion, Fresh (by NEVERNAKED) 2 serving JALAPENO pepper fresh - one (by TTENACITY_75) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp coriander fresh (by MJSPHOTO6) 0.5 cup Coconut, Unsweetened, grated (by HOOK7890) 1 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow 50 mL Water, tap 0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 0.25 tbsp Feel Good Organics Turmeric Powder (by VENOMDESIGN)
Directions
Heat Oil, add mustard seeds, red onion and jalapeno fry 2 mins until onion is clear. Add cabbage, turmeric and cayenne and fry 3 minutes, add water and coconut, cover and let steam for 15 minutes
Serve with a dollop of coconut cream (optional) and a sprinkling of coriander.
