13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g 1.25 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal 5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1.25 cup Sunrise Growers Mixed Fruit Frozen 4 cup Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt

mix the ingredients together. If the fruit is large, I put it in my blendtex with the almond milk to chop it up. You may add stevia to taste
