No Bake Chocolate Energy Bars

Ingredients
1 cup Quaker Oats Old fashioned Oat meal 5 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website) 1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 8 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts) 4 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.16 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Poor wet ingredients into dry ingredients and roll into balls. Refrigerate for at least half an hour. Store in refrigerator
