Fully Loaded Faketato Salad(1/2 cup)

Ingredients
4 medium slices, Bacon4 cups (1 inch pieces) Cauliflower4 stalks Baby Green Onions1 cup Mayonnaise, regular1 cup Sour Cream 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Roast (then cool) 4 cups of bite sized cauliflower florets
(olive oil, salt, pepper, on cookie sheet @ 350* 20 minutes)
Cook, then crumble, bacon slices
Slice the green onions
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate until serving.

Serving Size: makes about 10 1/2 cup servings
