Broccoli and Cauliflower Cassarole

Ingredients
2 cups of cauliflower2 cupsvbroccoli1 Tbsp butter, unsalted1/2 cup of cheddar or colby cheese, low fat8 Tbsp of French's fried onions
Directions
In a cassarole pan mix broccoli and cauliflower with butter and shredded cheese. Srinkle with onions. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Not sure if this should have called for frozen broccoli & cauliflower, but with fresh they were really not cooked, kind of just dry. - 5/12/07
