Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 1 serving (remove)*Coconut Milk, 1 cup (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)*Coriander seed, 1 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Allspice, 1 tbsp (remove)Cardamom, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Bring lentils and chicken broth to boil, adding one cup water.
Add onion, carrot, and spices.
Simmer until lentils are tender.
Stir in coconut milk.
