Low Carb Zucchini Bake

4 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 cup mozarella 50 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Melt Butter with cream, garlic, salt and pepper (microwave 1 minute) Mix cheeses in a bowl. In a casserole dish, arrange layers of zucchini and cheeses finishing with cheese on top. Pour over cream mixture, cover and bake 40 mins remove cover and bake a further 5 minutes until browned. Serve
