Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 10 gram(s) cod roe (by LINDACHRISTIE) 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
Directions
Peel and chop potato. Put in microwave safe bowl, cover with seran wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
Mash roughly and mix with cod roe and mayo.
