1.5 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A3.0 oz Shrimp, cooked3.0 serving *Imitation Crab Meat (3 pc. = 1 serving)1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted2.0 serving Laughing Cow creamy asiago10.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato2.0 clove Garlic
Dice shrimp, crab meat, and shrimp. Meanwhile boil spaghetti until al dente. Saute shrimp, crab, tomato, garlic and butter in skillet until cooked. Add laughing cow, heavy cream, and milk. You can also add about 1/2 cup mozzarella or parmesan cheese. Simmer til all cheese is melted. Serve over pasta.
