Cheese and bacon swirls

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 sprigs Parsley 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .6 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .75 package, small (3 oz) Cream Cheese 5 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 shell Puff pastry, frozen, ready-to-bake
Directions
Preheat oven to 355 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a baking sheet with baking paper
Roll out puff pastry
Spread surface with cream cheese
Sprinkle cheddar, onion, bacon strips, parsley, and season with salt and pepper
Roll up one end to make a Swiss roll
Using a sharp knife, slice roll into about 1 inch segments
Brush over with egg wash
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
