Gluten Free Blueberry Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose GF Baking Flour (by SUN_CLAY) 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .33 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .5 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl
Add sugar and egg, slightly beaten
Add melted butter
Add blueberries
Combine dry ingredients and add
Distribute evenly among 12 greased muffin cups (or paper muffin cups). They should be very full without overflowing.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375°
Let cool before serving
