.5 cup Butter, unsalted 10 oz Cream Cheese 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Morton's Lite Salt (by MCROSWELL) 2 tbsp Lemon Peel .25 cup Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Sour Cream .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 4 tbsp Pyure organic stevia blend sweetner (by IMFINALLYHAPPY)
Directions
soften butter and cream cheese, mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the lemon zest. save that for sprinkling on top.
portion out into cupcake papers or silicon molds.
freeze for 20 minutes before eating.
