Ingredients
2 packages BOCA ground burger2 cans Fat Free Refried Black Beans1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis1 Package Taco SeasoningShredded lettuceDiced tomatoes2 % Shredded Cheddar CheeseFat Free Sour CreamSalsaBaked Tortilla Chips
Directions
Combine 2 packages of Boca ground burger with 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilis, and one package of taco seasoning. Allow the meat to thaw while it cooks - about 10 minutes. Put 2 cans of black refried beans in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes). Then get all of the toppings ready (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, chips).
After the Boca Taco Meat is ready, assemble your taco bowl in layers: refried beans on the bottom, taco meat, cheese (put over not items so that it will melt), lettuce, tomatoe, sour cream, and salsa. You chips as your spoon and enjoy!
