Black bean salad

Ingredients
Salad:1 can (16 oz) black beans1 cup red peppers1/2 cup red onionsDressing2 TBS corn oil3 TBS lime juice3 TBS chopped cilantro1 tsp minced garlic1 TBS minced jalapeno peppersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine dressing ingredients.

Add salad ingredients and mix well.

Cover & refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Makes 6 servings.
