1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained .16 cup, diced Celery, raw .16 cup, packed Raisins .16 cup, pitted, chopped Dates .25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 4 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing .5 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
