Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 cup Butter, unsalted 0.50 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.25 tsp Baking Powder 0.50 tsp Baking Soda 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar 1.75 cup Flour, white 8 tbsp chopped walnuts 354 gram(s) Bananas, Ripe
Directions
Preheat oven to 350

Mix, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a bowl and set aside.
With a mixer, beat, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and bananas together until smooth.
Slowly add in dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Add nuts and stir to incorporate.

Line muffin pan with muffin papers.
Fill cups nearly full.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: makes 16 regular size muffins
