Pink Salmon Patties

Ingredients
4 oz package; Boneless & Skinless Pink Salmon3/4 Cup; Italian Style Bread Crumbs1 Large EggTbsp. Garlic PowderTsp. SaltTsp. Black Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, and form into 6 even size patties. Heat some Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a frying pan and lightly fry on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite condiment, or chill in fridge and enjoy them cold later. Makes 2 servings. ( 3 patties for each person! )
