Creamy-Crunchy Chicken Casserole

* 2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cooked * 1 can Healthy Request or Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup * 1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream * 2 cups frozen Corn * 2 cups frozen Peas * 30 Reduced Fat Wheat Thins, crumbled
Boil chicken until entirely opaque (about 10 minutes), or used already cooked chicken. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream and soup in a 13x9 casserole dish. Add in the peas and corn and mix well.

When the chicken finishes cooking, cut into 1-in cubes. Next, add the chicken to the casserole dish and mix well. Top with crumbled wheat thins and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
