Ingredients
1 banana mashed1 tsp vanilla4 tbsp flax seed3 tbsp apple sauce1/2c almond milk2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 c wheat germ4 tbsp psyllium husks1/4c splenda1c blueberries
Directions
1. mix first set of ingredients together in a bowl
2. mix second list of ingredients in another, then add both sets of ingredients together.
3. when mixed, add the blueberries and pour into a non stick sprayed muffin pan
4. bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
