Vegan Chocolate lce Cream

Ingredients
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) over ripe Banana, frozen2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 0.5 cup Soy Milk
Directions
This works best with over ripe bananas to achieve the correct texture and sweetness without adding sweeteners. Break up bananas to small pieces and freeze until hard. Add frozen bananas, cocoa powder and soy milk to food processor and blend til smooth. Add mix ins such as chocolate chips, nuts etc at the end. Spoon mixture into storage container and pop into freezer to solidify for an hour or two. Serving Size: 4-6 1/2 cup serving
