Apple Pie Sugar Free

6 Granny smith apples - peeled and sliced thin1 Pie Crust, Pillsbury pre-made 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground i cup Stevia (Central Market brand)2 Tbs flour1 Lemon (juiced)1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
* Place bottom crust in pie pan and save the other crust for top
* Peel apples
* In food processor slice the apples thin
* Place apples in a large bowl
* Add Stevia, flour, cinnamon, juice from one lemon
* Mix
* Put apples in pie crust...it will look like too much for the pan, but they will cook down.
* I put several dabs of real butter on top of apples before putting the top crust on (this isn't calculated in the nutritional part of this recipe)
* Top crust goes on top and crimp edges all around.
* Cut several slits in top of crust for venting
* Brush about 1 tsp milk and sprinkle a little sugar or stevia on top of crust before baking
* Put foil around the crust for first 20 min of baking
*Bake 20 min at 375
then take foil off edges and continue to bake at 350 until golden brown (approximately 20 - 30 more min)
