Easy Goulash

Ingredients
1lb ground beef.5 cp chopped onion.5 cp chopped bell pepper2 cans diced toatoes1 lb elbow macaroni2 tbsp canola oil1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Boil macaroni according to package directions.
While that is cooking saute onions and bell peppers in canola oil. Add ground beef and brown. Drain macaroni and combine with beef. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Serve immediately.
