2.0 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour10.0 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.12 tsp Salt0.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 4 (6oz.-3/4cup) ramekins with nonstick cooking spray (or lightly butter). Place ramekins on a baking sheet.Spoon strawberries into each ramekin.In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Stir in milk and vanilla until just combined. Spoon over top of strawberries.Bake cobblers for about 18-22 minutes at 375 degrees F or until golden brown. Cool slightly then top with ice cream or whipped topping/cream as desired.
