Spicy Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked1.0 cup slices Carrots, cooked1.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon1.0 serving chicken terriyaki (meat from 3 chicken thighs)
Directions
Cooked chicken thighs until cooked through, set aside to cool. Add boullion or broth to water, stir in vegetables, all except spinach. Cook till soft. Tear up chicken meat and add to soup. Stir in spinach.
