26 grams Celery, raw, finely sliced26 grams Onions, raw. finely chopped 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Wyler's Chicken Boulion Cubes (by ARKANSASRAINBOW) .5 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched 1cup water
Put oil in non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add veggies and rice, stir and until rice just starts to brown. Add water and bouillon. Put heat on low, cover and let cook for 25 minutes, or until all water is absorbed and rice is desired tenderness.
